OVERVIEW Welcome to the Art Isabell online store. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” used on this website refer to the Art Isabell brand. Art Isabell operates this website, including all information, tools, and services available to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to securely sell our products and services to you. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). Providing false contact information when placing an order may result in our inability to properly fulfill it.

SECTION 2 – OUR JEWELRY (PRODUCTS) We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and textures of the natural stones and materials used in Art Isabell jewelry. However, please note that due to the unique nature of gemstones and minerals, as well as your computer monitor's display settings, the actual appearance of the product may slightly vary from the photograph. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer to any person or geographic region in the case of limited collections.

SECTION 3 – ORDER FULFILLMENT AND PAYMENTS Placing an order by the customer constitutes an offer to conclude a sales contract. The contract is concluded the moment we send you an e-mail confirming the dispatch of your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us in rare cases (e.g., unavailability of a unique stone or a pricing system error). In such a situation, we will immediately refund all funds paid. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information (including your email address and payment method details) so that we can successfully process your transaction.

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND CUSTOMS Our design studio is located in the Netherlands, from where all secure, registered courier shipments are dispatched. Estimated delivery times are provided in business days and are indicative. We are not responsible for logistical delays by carriers that are beyond our control. For orders placed from outside the European Union (e.g., from the UK post-Brexit), the buyer may be subject to additional customs or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

SECTION 5 – RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL) In accordance with European consumer law, the customer has the right to return a standard product within 14 days of receiving the package without giving any reason. The cost of return shipping to our studio in the Netherlands is covered by the buyer.

EXCEPTION – PERSONALIZED JEWELRY: In accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products modified to the customer's special, individual order. This means that jewelry created for a specific zodiac sign you selected, customized wrist size, or with an individual selection of stones cannot be returned or exchanged unless it has a manufacturing defect. The detailed return and complaint procedure is described in the Return Policy section.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All materials posted on the Art Isabell website, including jewelry designs, texts, unique descriptions of stone properties, graphics, logos, and product photos, are the exclusive property of the Art Isabell brand and are protected by copyright law. Copying, distributing, or using our materials for commercial purposes without our express written consent is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 7 – USER REVIEWS AND CONTENT If you send us reviews, product feedback, or photos of our jewelry (e.g., for the purpose of publishing reviews on the site), you agree to their free use by Art Isabell to present authentic customer reviews in our store and on our social media channels.

SECTION 8 – GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where Art Isabell is registered (The Netherlands), subject to the mandatory consumer protection laws of the buyer's country of residence.

SECTION 9 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE The current version of the Terms of Service is always available on this page. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. Orders placed before a change to the regulations are processed according to the rules in force on the date of purchase.
