1. Products and Materials
Are the stones used in the jewelry real?

Yes. At Art Isabell, we only work with authentic natural stones and minerals. We do not use plastic imitations or colored glass. Each stone has a unique structure and shade, which makes every bracelet one of a kind.

What are the metal elements and cords made of?

To finish our jewelry, we use the highest quality materials: hypoallergenic materials and specialized, extremely durable jewelry threads and elastic cords that do not lose their elasticity.

How to choose the right size for a men's or women's bracelet?

The best way is to measure your wrist circumference snugly against the skin (using a tailor's tape measure or a thread that you then measure with a ruler). Do not add any extra length to the result – we will make sure the bracelet fits perfectly. When purchasing, provide the exact circumference in the "Size:" field.

2. Jewelry Care

How to care for natural stone bracelets?

To ensure your jewelry retains its raw charm for years, avoid direct contact with strong chemicals (perfumes, detergents, chlorinated pool water). Remove the bracelet before bathing and intense workouts. For cleaning, use only a soft, slightly damp cloth.

3. Orders and Fulfillment

How long does it take to fulfill an order?

Since each bracelet is handmade in our atelier in the Netherlands, the processing time for an order is usually 1 to 3 business days. During pre-holiday periods, this time may be slightly extended, which we always announce on our homepage.

Can I order jewelry as a gift?

Absolutely. We pack each product in an exclusive, minimalist jewelry box, which perfectly highlights the beauty of our jewelry. The product is fully ready to be given as a luxurious gift.

Is it possible to personalize an order?

Yes. If you want to change the arrangement of stones, replace a mineral, or need a custom size, please contact us before placing your order via the contact form or social media. We will be happy to create something unique especially for you.

4. Shipping and Returns

What are the shipping costs and methods?

All orders are shipped via secure and registered courier services. A detailed price list and available shipping methods are automatically displayed in the cart during checkout and on the "Delivery Time and Costs" page in the Shipping Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, our studio is located in the Netherlands, from where we securely ship to selected European countries, the United Kingdom (including, of course, Poland).

How long do I have to return a product?

We care about your satisfaction. You have 14 days from the moment you receive the package to return an undamaged product without stating a reason. However, please remember that products modified for special, individual orders (personalized) are not eligible for returns.

5. Payments and Purchase Security

What payment methods are available in the store?

For your convenience and security, we support the most popular and certified online payment systems. You can pay for your order using methods such as BLIK, fast bank transfer, payment cards (Visa/Mastercard), as well as global systems like PayPal and Apple Pay.

Is my data safe when shopping?

The security of your data is our priority. Our store operates on the Shopify platform and has a fully certified, encrypted SSL protocol (the padlock symbol next to the website address). All financial transactions are processed by licensed, secure payment operators.

Will I receive an invoice or proof of purchase?

Yes, for every order, an electronic proof of purchase is generated and sent to the email address provided in the order. If you need an invoice (e.g., for a company), please enter your NIP number and company details in the order notes during checkout.
