Return and Refund Policy

We are committed to your complete satisfaction with your purchases at Art Isabell. Below you will find detailed information regarding the return and complaint procedure for our products.

1. Right of withdrawal (Return of goods) You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods (date of parcel delivery). To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example, by sending an e-mail to: contact@artisabell.com).

2. Exceptions to the right of return (Personalized products) In accordance with applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. In practice, this means that products modified to a special, individual order (including personalized jewelry, e.g., with a selected zodiac sign, custom size, or engraving) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a manufacturing defect.

3. Condition of the returned product The returned product must be intact – it cannot show signs of use, damage, or dirt. Please return the products in their original, intact jewelry packaging (box), along with the attached stone properties card (if it was part of the set), to ensure safe transport.

4. Costs and return shipping address The cost of returning the goods to our studio is borne by the Buyer. Our studio and return center are located in the Netherlands. Before shipping, please contact us by e-mail to receive the exact address and instructions for sending the return parcel. We recommend using registered courier shipments with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for parcels lost by carriers on their way to us.

5. Refunds In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. The refund will be made without undue delay, and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision; however, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.
